This exclusive release, available in only 3,000 units across selected markets, features all the hallmarks of the original figure but with an exceptional upgrade. His mid-length curly dirty green hair is implanted with wool material, giving the figure a more lifelike appearance. The figure comes with two detailed head sculpts equipped with separate rolling eyeballs, including one with his sinister grin, and another wearing the iconic clown mask.

His outfit is recreated in incredible detail, from the striped shirt and grey blazer to the tailored pants. Newly developed interchangeable gloved hands allow for expressive posing. His deadly arsenal includes a pistol, shotgun, and various grenades. Accessories such as a duffle bag, stacks of cash, Joker cards, and a school bus backdrop enhance the storytelling. Rounding out the release is a bank-themed diorama style base and an exclusive Joker metal collectible card with a display case.
